Weekly Goal Thread: Week #5, Day 1
4 good weeks in a row. Changing one of my two goals. Goal 1 daily tracking, I keep since I am getting a bit comfortable. Goal 2 goes from daily activity (walking, cycling etc) to daily mat work (stretching & strength).

Week #6 Day 1: Same 2 goals, tracking and daily stretching and strength on the mat. Last week I was 7 for 7 on tracking and 5 of 7 for the mat work. I took a spill on the bike in the AM and was rather sore and achy and skipped. Back at it today though.0

Tracked everything and I now have two days in a row of eating in my healthy range. For those who don’t do the current WW, you have a target of points, but they also give you a range above and below the target.
Anyway, this is the first time in a long time for me to string a couple days together. Woo HOO!1 -

Goal for the week is daily tracking and no more than two dinners as take-out. I also need to focus on drinking more water. Aiming for 80 ounces of liquid per day.0

Week 5 was non existent. I guess this is week #6? Not totally sure but terrible tracking this week and may just have to start a fresh with a new week#1 and get back to tracking kcals. But then I've got an out of town convention coming up 8/7-8/11 and that will be pretty tough to tract but we'll see. I know I can do it.0

Tracked everything yesterday. It was my first day of vacation and I went over points. DW was committed to us eating healthy up until she went shopping while hungry. There’s almost no low point foods in the groceries she bought. Pray for me! 😬0

Week #6 Day 4: Daily tracking continues. I have recovered enough from my bike spill to start walking again (before it heats up) and do some mat work. Down 2 lbs yesterday at WI so Goal 1 (tracking) is working and Goal 2 (daily exercise & mat work) is contributing.0

Week # 7 day #1 today and here's the deal. I've totally blown the past 6 weeks since I started this challenge and perhaps it's a wake up call I'm not for sure. I'm officially up 6 lbs in 6 weeks. I've been up and I've been down from my starting point 6 weeks ago. So it's decision time as to whether I go back to WW's as an on line participant like I've been since 2010 or go with my nutritionist plan which really makes more since and I like better. With either plan it will be difficult to follow anything this up coming week as I will be traveling to Ft Lauderdale about 12 hours drive with stops on Wednesday and traveling back on Saturday night and Sunday. In between I'll be at a conference with little or no chance to follow any type of plan.
So on to week # 7 knowing somethings going to change. 🙂0 -
My plan for the week has zero to do with weight loss/activity and everything to do with getting myself mentally and physically organized. I have too many loose ends gnawing at me, and nothing goes well when I feel this way.
For the week, I'm going to organize our kitchen and family room and finish all paperwork.0
