Hey all. I'm one week into keto and I am loving the new me. Since cutting out breads, carb heavy foods, I feel so much healthier. Just one week made that big of a difference. I also noticed my pants were a bit looser and what I thought was just a fat stomach, I think was just a bloated one cause that is mostly gone. I've noticed I feel full on barely anything and I am understanding it's the quality of food thst matters. Weigh in day is tomorrow, hopefully the scale reflects my optimism.
