    I was intermittently locked out of various areas in the last few days. One of the joys of a free app! It does seem to be working again today.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. 50 mins dynamic yoga, + walking.

    I didn't seem to notice any problems posting. Sometimes in the past it has said error and then if I just exit out and back in it fixis.

    Pass again, cooked a big meal for the family. All wholesome & enjoyed every bit and no guilt towards overeating

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Haha. No. Over by almost 700 calories. Worth it though! (local resturant- shared pieces of crab ragoon pizza, chicken spinach artichoke pizza, Polynesian pizza and street taco pizza)
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, as best I could. I had to do my best to figure out calories for the pizza.
