Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Haha. No. Over by almost 700 calories. Worth it though! (local resturant- shared pieces of crab ragoon pizza, chicken spinach artichoke pizza, Polynesian pizza and street taco pizza)
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, as best I could. I had to do my best to figure out calories for the pizza.4 -

Exercise was figuring out how to move around in the pool during "open swim" which has no lanes. Settled on in place water aerobics and holding onto the pool edge while continuously kicking.3 -
