Yeah, it's good. A lot of it is I am trying a 'training plan' to jog, and it just happened to have two runs that coincided with the first sweltering heat of summer. Water, coffee, and sitting around today will take some of that back. It feels good though.

I've been slacking off massively for the last week or so, can't seem to get myself back into the routine of being strict with my calories (although this weeks loss is a god one). I'm sure I'll get there again - main thing is that I'm still losing.

I've been working hard on my binge-eating with meditation, distraction and hypnosis, it's about 2 weeks since I've had incident of bingeing, so it seems to be working so far, which is making it far easier to stick to my calorie goals. Eating later is definitely helping.

@tinkerbellang83 well done! You're doing really well to have made it 2 weeks and 1.4lb lost is great.

Had my off-diet-plan fun but back on it. It took some effort to get back on though. Still waiting to hear from my gym on the contest, it's killin me! Right before the contest started the gym was sold and there have been some changes, it still seems a little disorganized with instructors leaving, etc. Sure hoping to find out something soon. The 2nd contest though has my focus now. I got my meal plan yesterday and the food seems very doable, I just have a hard time eating/drinking so many times a day. I got talked into buying their protein, etc but it tastes a lot better than the one I was doing so maybe that will help me keep up with the meals and meal replacements.

Happy 4th to all in the States, hope you have a fun and safe day! And Happy Thursday to anybody not celebrating, hope you have a wonderful upcoming weekend! :)

Still not back in my groove from vacation. But I'm also having a garage sale this weekend from all the stuff I've purged through my minimalism efforts. House is definitely feeling lighter. Hoping next week will bring a loss. Hope all the Americans enjoyed their independence day!
