Death by chocolate keto cake and frosting

My daughter's birthday is coming up and instead of buying or making a sugar shock cake, i googled keto cakes. This was posted by Hey Keto Mama. In it she made a 3 layer cake and figured out a rough estimate on calories. I will be doing cupcakes so the estimate may be off.
2 cups blanched almond flour
1 cup sweetener (I used monk fruit in the raw)
1/2 cup dark cacao powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup butter softened
1tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
350°
Mix dry ingredients together until well mixed, add butter and vanilla. Add in eggs and mix until fully combined. Add almond milk
Frosting
8oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup butter softened
1/3 cup powdered sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbls dark cocoa powder
2 tbls heavy whipping cream
Mix together until fluffy

Just made them. They were a bit crumbly. Not sure if that's normal. On the plus the frosting tastes like chocolate cheese cake.0

If you say they came out crumbly, when I make these, I might try adding extra butter and/or sour cream0
