Kale and chives egg muffins

I personally don't like kale, so I used spinach

6 eggs
1 cup kale, finely chopped
1/4 cup chives, finely chopped
1/2 cup coconut/almond milk
Salt and pepper
8 slices of bacon *optional*

350°

Whisk all ingredients but bacon. In A muffin tin, grease cups and place 2 slices of bacon in each cup. Fill each cup 2/3 full with egg mixture. Bake 30 minutes.
