I’m back after a cruise and a week battling cruise crud. Still have a cough but did pretty good on the cruise staying away from the buffet and the dessert table! I couldn’t keep track so total fail for that this month of course!! But I lost another 2 lbs on the cruise going to the gym, getting sick ha! and taking the stairs instead of the elevator (however I think the handrails is where I picked up the cruise crud!). Also kept the alcohol liquid calories to a minimum... for a cruise I thought I did t pretty healthy!!
Back to the routine as have another short cruise to celebrate my DDs college graduation in October - so going to try for the winners circle in September!
Yesterday did not track food but back to that today and did get to the gym for 45 minutes of elliptical- and waiting for Zumba class now! Also joined a monthly hiking group for next month - woot!

Catching up on inputting the last two days now. This day was back to school open house so a crazy day of running around and last minute updates. The school ordered pizza for us but I was able to stay under on calories since it was thin crust and I was so active during the day. Yes x35
