I HATE pushups...hahaha! MY upper body strength is just pitiful, so I'm working on improving that! This challenge is really hard for me, but with logging in my sets, I do find I am improving, albeit slowly!
Thanks also on the steps, although that wasn't one of my best days. I aim for 100K+ a week, which is around 8 miles a day. Yesterday I didn't reach that goal, but this new exercise regime I've started is just a shy of pure torture, lol!3 -

Thanks for the outdoor encouragement @RangerRickL. A sunny summer's day here. My town has a festival on this weekend so we went to that (managed to resist the ice crems, crepes, candy floss etc and my daughter enjoyed being active on the bungee trampolines, bouncy castle and carousel) and later went to a park with my daughter where I attempted its trim trail for an outdoor workout. Feeling super hungry this evening for some reason so have completed my diary on here and brushed my teeth!7 -

Exersized?- very little. I did do some therapy stretching and did around the house walking with crutches. Used my cpm machine 3 1/2 hrs. But not sure if that .counts.nothing for a consistent 20.

Exercised: 30K steps (including a 5K run) and 2 hours picking raspberries. My Fitbit didnโt notice the steps, but my quads noticed the squats and half squats as I went up and down the rows searching for those berries!
Calories: Yes, though I dipped into exercise cals.

I went to the gym recumbent bike and upper body circuit training worked with seated leg curls for my bad knee

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? You could say that -- I successfully ran 14 miles for my birthday this morning! Took me about 3 hours and 11 minutes. OMG that last 1/2 mile was literal torture, but I did it! And I know the next time I do it -- or go further! -- will be easier.
