Every month, the UAC team changes. New people bring their goals and look for both information and an accountability relationship. At the same time, there will have been some team members who move on to further their next step goals. Finally, and reassuringly, there are experienced team members who are either maintaining their health and fitness goals or they are in a weight loss/fitness gain phase.
If you are new, please first read our FAQs. Most common questions are answered right there.
If you like to go deep and ask more nuanced questions, you may post those in the daily discussion OR share those with other team members in the "What's On Your MInd' section.
I open the daily discussion page, unless someone else beats me to it. And that's okay too.

Yes x 3 but only just and my food choices weren't the best. Baby woke at 4.00 and just as he was falling asleep about 5.00 my three year old decided to wake up for the day. Yawn. Sleep deprivation makes me go for more carbs than I'd normally like.

We have good friends who live in Hong Kong. They come home every summer and we took them out for lunch as a goodbye for another year. They wanted to go to this restaurant where they knew the owner. I was feeling great about my choice to have a bowl of pho. Just as we were finishing up, the owner and staff marched out with 6 heaping plates of special dishes ( not on the regular menu) as a going away gift! How could we refuse? We ate a lot and brought the rest home. It was the right thing to do.11 -
