I love living at the coast and because I work down there, I get to go walking or running along the beachfront as often as I like. This morning was a dark stormy mood (I also love the different moods of the ocean) but I went for a stroll along the beach paddling in the waves a bit. Yesterday was flat calm and the dolphins raced me on my run.

I do envy you! I live half an hour's tramride away from the beach, but in summer it's packed from about 10am. It's pretty empty now, so I'll be able to go again soon, but not every day, like you!

@Dory_42 looks great! love living on the coast. I walk my dogs each night on a beach at the end of a street by me (but my summer is ending :( )

More exertion on your walks with wind resistance. Every bit helps...

Back from chaperoning the camping trip with my students. It was great to be out in nature and get away from the city, though so nice to have a hot shower and comfy bed now that I'm back home.
Here's a photo of one the kids with the creek organisms they were identifying and logging!

@w8goal4life Thanks for the horse and carriage photos. My horses are much more drab than the ones you have seen.

How do I join the October challenge for this group? I don't see October. Or is it too late? Thanks.
