Congratulations to our August, 2019 team members who have qualified for the coveted Winner's Circle.

20mins x 30 days = 600 minutes of heart pumping (ie strengthening), circulation enhancing (Ie body repair & nutrient delivery), glucose burning (ie reducing risk of diabetes), and my favorite endorphins!! ie the mood lifter!

It sure does! That’s how I began a few years ago: Marie Kondo-ing our home.
As @pribud says: Anything that gets you moving, counts! Dancing, gardening, carrying books to donate to the library 😄
I don’t use a grocery cart now. I take large bags & carry them as I shop. 🤣 Everything helps us to be healthier!8 -

Starting today with a pass day. Date night for hubby & I, kids are both gone so we are going out. I will extend my planned strict 40 days to include October 1. I did get my exercise in thus morning. I am aiming for closing all my rings every day this month12

BUT! MFP servers won't let me log all my exercise, only my morning walk to the store. I've tried over and over and keep getting a server problem message.
