Hi All: Wow, you guys are posting some great stuff on this week's Group Challenge!
I will get in here later in the week to give my recipe...think you'll love it, even with the cutting corners to watch calories...makes a great meal and all in one 9 x 13 casserole dish!
For now though, my restaurant go to meal is Cracker Barrel's grilled chicken tenders with any of their wonderful veggies...I usually like hashbrown casserole, broccoli and green beans and one of those wonderful corn muffins if I have enough calories to cover it. I'll give my Tater Tot Casserole Recipe sometime before the end of the week!
Keep the great suggestions coming! I'm enjoying this! Hope you are too!

Thanks, Jessica! I think that was when I went to the gym 4x that week plus did a lot of walking on Saturday (usually my weekends are low). Plus, my only modes of transportation are on foot or by bus or train. If I have to go anywhere some amount of walking is always involved.0 -

Personally, I think I'd rather report on my pushups this week, instead of my weight! This morning I decided to see if I could still do pushups, after falling off the pushup bandwagon. Doing full pushups, I did sets of 7, 6, 5, and 5 with 30 second breaks and then did the maximum I could, which was 20! I was quite proud of myself. Back in February I could not do full pushups from my toes! I then did two more sets to exhaustion (about 3 minutes apart) and did a set of 16, followed by 14. Ok. Fine. Here is my weigh in!

Well. That was 2 pounds in the wrong direction. It has been a cake and cookie week...not over, but not necessarily under calories either, although I did start logging again. (Yay me!) Next week I will see how the double mastectomy affects this number.5 -

As the lightest Trimstone you are allowed some slack. Discarding body parts is allowed but not encouraged for weightloss. I'm considering a kidney donation to help get to goal.5 -

totally binged out yesterday. I was so freaking hungry, like not just cravings but legit super hungry, and I could not get full. maybe because i worked out thursday night then again yesterday morning, so 2 workouts that close together? I dont know, but I cant remember ever being that hungry before. I didnt log it, and i dont even want to know how many calories I ate, ugh. I am feeling much more satisfied today though.3
