WELCOME TO TRIMSTONES TEAM CHAT ROOM
This chat room provides a place for the CHALLENGERS to meet and chat about the challenge, discuss any issues, post comments, share ideas, etc...
We are beginning the SEPTEMBER Challenge - We have six (6) teams returning this month!!

Captain’s responsibilities include:
* Entering weights for your team into the spreadsheet.
* Be active in team discussions, encouraging and supporting the challengers as they post.
* Encourage challengers to participate in challenges and in group discussions.
* Post daily / weekly challenges and topics to promote team involvement and help keep the team engaged.
* Participate in team discussions encouraging team participation.
* Help remind challengers when they are due to post (and especially when overdue to post) weights.
* Encourage participation in the moderators challenge and in the weekly team challenges.
* Remind your challengers to enter their weights on time by tagging them or messaging them when they are pending.
* Answering any questions that may come up about challenges, weigh-ins, the spreadsheets etc.
Motivator’s Responsibilities include:
* Be active in team discussions, encouraging and supporting the challengers as they post.
* Encourage challengers to participate in challenges and in group discussions.
* Participate in team discussions encouraging team participation.
* Help remind challengers when they are due to post (and especially when overdue to post) weights.

* Coordinate with your awesome team captains to see if they can use any assistance or if they have any specific tasks they feel you can assist with.
F2F-WLC CHALLENGES:
- - WEEKLY GROUP CHALLENGE (Challenges hosted by teams for the entire group)
- - MODERATOR'S CHALLENGE (Challenges hosted by the moderators of the group)
- - INDIVIDUAL CHALLENGES (Challenges within teams themselves)
Team Weekly challenges will be announced in later communications
(Note:The team order for challenges follows the team order in the group standing sheet on the spreadsheets)
HOW OUR CHALLENGES WORK:
We have 4 total possible challenges and NONE are mandatory. Our challengers can do none or all it's up to them. So we have...
The F2F Weekly TEAM Challenge - posted each week on Sunday in the announcements by the team who is assigned that particular week (see above for your week). This is for the F2F Group as a whole.
F2F Moderators Challenge/Topic of the week - This challenge is provided each week in the announcements area. One of the moderators will either provide a challenge that will involve anything fitness, health, and nutrition.
Individual Team challenges - these are challenge done within your own team. You can chose daily, weekly, or monthly challenges (weekly seems to work best). You can make this whatever you wish as long as it's health and fitness related.
Note: If for some reason your team is unable to provide the weekly challenge please let me know ahead of time so another team can take your place or so I can provide the challenge.
Good Luck Teams: Please let us know if there is anything wrong or if you notice something that needs to be fixed or modified. Everything seems ready to go for SEPTEMBER. Registrations are almost done and we have quite a few new challengers. Make sure you are going into your new team threads to welcome anyone who has started posting. Let’s make our newbies feel welcome and show them some F2F love!!

Today's accomplishments: Not snacking during drive time to and from NC (3 hrs each way); walking a little even though it was hot at the state park we visited; Not going overboard during meal time; staying under in my calories; and finishing my daily steps at home even though all I wanted to do was SLEEP! Pretty good day and I had a blast with the family!

Happy Labor Day everyone! Hope you're enjoying a day of fun and leisure! I'm in the process of closing out our step group for the month of August and am still missing a few people. Please check in and report your last week of August stats. Will be posting winners tomorrow.
Also, membership for Sept is NOT automatic. I have a few who have started posting steps for Sept and I've added them to the Sept chart. Let me know if you'd like to walk with us. PLEASE report in at least every 3 days so I can keep the chart updated.

Happy Labor Day everyone!
I’ve had some major commitment issues on this journey for months now. And the results of that are a chubbier me, clothes fitting badly, poor mental health and overall more miserable Sara... time to stop this shite!!!
September is my month to turn that crappy attitude around! I’ve started dry September and I plan to carry it through October with a few family members joining me which helps. Wine is my drink of choice and it always leads to crappy eating. So why do I do it??
During these two months I plan to do some soul searching and reading and thinking on whether or not indulging in alcohol is worth the price it costs me on this journey. The writing is on the wall of my progress lately which is all backwards.
I made it through day one even with others drinking around me and I felt strong. Today I’ve started some healthy meal prep to get this week off on the right foot. Here’s a pic of my crustless quiche and some steamed veggies for your viewing pleasure 😋

@SaraMakingChanges Why not join us in the step group this month?! Might help keep you moving and there's no minimum steps, you just report your steps each day (or every few days)...if you REALLY wanna step it up...add me to your Fitbit friends (jakrall@cox.net) and we can keep each other challenged every once in a while during the month!! I DARE YA!1

Hey Happy Labor Day. We have at least one newbie. @jessicakrall8 and I are the team co-captains. Jessica does all the work and I accept all the cash prizes for each week's winners.
I'm having a terrific month so far, last week my son rolled our Jeep which is now in Jeep heaven (donated to charity), yesterday as I was returning from church I got rear-ended in my my fairly new pickup that I had just washed and waxed. I need a new bumper but the Volvo that hit me needs a new Volvo. Albuquerque is like a demolition derby. The accident was triggered by a *kitten* stopped on a 50+ mph street trying to make an illegal left turn from a center (straight-only) lane. I was able to stop, the guy behind me wasn't.

Hi Kate:
I received your step count for Sep 1st, so I assumed you wanted in and added you to the chart. If you know where the chart is that shows our weights each week, you scroll to the bottom of that chart and you'll find the step group's chart. Go to the main Fat2Fit page and click on the link for the September chart.

9/2 = 3,680 My dad wound up in the hospital again mostly because he's an idiot and refuses to do anything to help/care for himself. Managed this many steps pacing the room and trying not to get hit by the door.4 -
