Like I said, my hair does not flood, this was with hot rollersrollers, then I tested it for an hour, it will NOT stay, but I got somewhere with the hair spray. And also my 3 boys, my daughter isnt in school yet
Tomorrow is senior citizens day, so that will be much easier.6 -

I received your step count for Sep 1st, so I assumed you wanted in and added you to the chart. If you know where the chart is that shows our weights each week, you scroll to the bottom of that chart and you'll find the step group's chart. Go to the main Fat2Fit page and click on the link for the September chart.

Two pounds to go. Been bouncing between 129 and 130...haven't seen 128 yet! I have 12 days to lose the last two pounds through honest methods. Then on 9/24, I'll go for the "radical" surgical option. When I went for this option, back in February, @mulecanter pointed out that an appendix really didn't weigh that much! This time, my plan is to remove more substantial parts, however, I don't have a good handle on how much the replacement parts weigh. I'm not convinced that it will result in a net loss, but I can always hope! Sorry...sometimes humor really is the best medecine. I just couldn't hold back on that observation any longer. And yeah...double mastectomy scheduled for 9/24.4 -
@kkmark I got you added to the step group chart. You'll find it at the bottom of the weight chart, just scroll down and see it. I need you to send me your steps for each day starting with Sep 1st please. And try to post your steps every few days please. I try to stay on top of it.

If anyone tells you house repairs are non-stressful, they're lying to you. I'm really stressed out...BP is up, I can feel it...and I'm so nauceous I can't eat...tummy is all messed up. It's all stress. I'm headed to bed. Piano lessons are done until Saturday afternoon, so I'm hoping tomorrow will be a peaceful and rather slow day at work. Talk to ya'll later! Nite!4
