    Did 4.15 miles in 87 mins. We walked to the rocky road and went to some new construction that we haven't been to in about a year and checked out the new houses. Pretty and big! Man! 5 bedrooms! Most of them have stairs. We couldn't do that now. Not sure I would have wanted stairs when the kids were little either. The thought of Ronan and stairs makes me nervous. I'm glad DDD has a one story house. Maybe I'd have an escalator put in if I had a two story...yeah, good idea!! ;)

    Chris I remember when you used to check out the new houses being built. You are inspiring. How is the pain level? 1544 is fabulous! I hate escalators. Now a nice little elevator I could be tempted into.

    Walking - 3.3 miles - 60 minutes. I walked at a beautiful park near Ron’s house this morning.

    No walking...REST DAY!!!!!! Worked out w/our trainer for an hour, tho.

    Kathy I love walking in new places. Can't wait to spoiling mountain more next year.

    Shelley - haven't been rigorous on working out. Been under the weather physically and with work stress...it has been pretty bad. Hoping to get my 5 days of workout in. Today will be 3 this week ;)

    Karen, I hope you start feeling better and you get mojo back. Three times this week is awesome, though.

    Shelley, getting out of bed at 4:00 a.m. is killer. No walking is a REST DAY!!!!!!! Working out w/our trainer isn't as hard as 4:00 a.m. is. Every weekday we walk, I roll outta bed thinking of excuses why we should sleep in. PLUS... I jammed my left little toe Tuesday morning. It is black and blue and is crazy sore. Putting it in walking shoes is murder. 2019 has not been my year... :s

    3.06 miles in 61 mins Tuesday, 3.03 miles in 59 mins Wednesday plus worked out 60 mins w/our trainer, 3.05 miles in 60 mins this morning. Going to walk w/DDD this evening.
