The FAQ section of the UAC begins with this statement:
"1. Do I have to lose weight in order to win the Ultimate Accountability Challenge?
No. You just need to exercise every day, eat within your calorie budget every day, track everything you consume every day for the entire month and check in at least every three days."
The One "ring" that is the supreme activity that drives success in qualifying for the Winner's Circle is Tracking your caloric intake. As a recommendation, ideally, it would be contemporaneous tracking of all caloric intake. In simpler words: immediately before or immediately after consuming anything caloric, add it to your MFP journal. Waiting until later leads to forgetting what you consumed and other self-defeating behaviors.
Tracking is the most important thing!

This morning was one hour full body strength class. Tracked everything and good on calories.
I usually log as close to when I eat as I can. Measuring and weighing go hand in hand with logging. I get in trouble when I eyeball servings.
I realized this after I stopped weighing and measuring everything. I was fine for a few months but then I was confused why I wasn’t losing at the same rate. My peanut butter serving had slowly tripled in size, as had my salad dressing and cheese servings. Yikes, those extra ounces added hundreds of calories! I was still logging “2 ounces” of feta, “3 tablespoons” peanut butter... oops!!!5 -

ECT all covered. Exercise was the usual Monday morning barre class and a few flights of stairs and all the steps I could fit in throughout the day. And while this simple class is my typical routine, it is always a a miracle to make it to 6 am class on the other side of town with the all the right clothes and breakfast and lunch to continue a healthy day. Without the routine, without the sight of familiar friendly faces, I would surely be having a pass day!5

It was a perfect fall evening with a half moon, no wind and the temperature was about 61 degrees F. Nice night to be with the horses and ride under the lights of the arena. Exercise was more than 2 hours of horse and horseback activities. My favorite exercise activities!!!

That sounds like heaven! I grew up with horses and remember them nickering and chuffing when they saw us.
