I have been dieting since starting this Challenge in August.
This week I took off from dieting.
I am eating things I like (was craving) that I did not eat freely since on this Challenge.
I was craving cheese and marinara. Which means things like pasta and pizza......that I cannot eat if I want to lose weight.
I am still calorie counting! 😬🙌🏻 So, not gaining weight.
Happy Halloween, Y’all! Treat yourself to a few pieces of your favorite candies!
I love Halloween Haunted Houses.....but, I am sooooo chicken! 😱

A week off my diet did some good! I counted all my calories .....but ate many Italian meals. Even had Chinese for lunch on Friday. Hope to get back to it in November.
