    Still trying to get back on track. Again, I was hoping I would have stayed the same, but I didn't get to walk as much because my neck is still all messed up. I was up to 155 this week, but managed to get back to 153.2. I've eaten enough calories today, too, so I'm finishing my diary and not allowing myself to raid the pantry the rest of the night. Water will be my choice tonight! Glad I'm part of this group and weekly weigh in to see the honest truth of where I'm at. I know I can do better, and I will!
