    I signed up or a Jan 19th run, I am going to try and drop 1.33 lbs/week for the next 15 weeks, for a total of 20 lbs loss on the race day.... 165 lbs. on Jan 19, 2020 is the plan.

    I think I've found my rhythym again, trend is going down, I'm not feeling hungry when I am in a moderate deficit and I haven't had any extreme bingeing of late, even when faced with some work stress last week. Hope I can keep it up.

    TOM right now. I was hoping I would have stayed the same, but I didn't get to walk as much because my neck is all messed up and I had to rest it. Neck is still not feeling well, but hoping to at least get a walk in today (& every day this week) on top of my regular walking at work.

    House update - kids toys are about 50% minimized now! Definitely getting there!
