    @Fitness327wk & @navydaddjc I'm sorry I couldn't get into MFP until now--it kept saying that it was "under maintenance"... and I couldn't weigh myself this morning, bc my scale is broken---I'm buying a new one tomorrow...so I will have to weigh in Sunday morning or you can use last week's weight if you need to close the week??

    Apologies--- apparently I threw my scale in frustration one too many times...

    I found these new crisps at Whole Foods and they are delicious. Nice substitute instead of chips. 25 crisps only 90 calories and 10g of protein.
