3 miles from mostly running. You long distance runners truly have my praise, I don't know how you do it. The very most I've ever ran is 7 miles & today 3 was tough at the end! You are AMAZING!!0

Finally had a decent night sleep last night. My dad is still struggling to stand with support. He is also sleeping better at night. Has lots Of leg Edema and developed heel blisters. His INR is high too due to Tylenol and Tramadol. He is eating better and more alert. It is going to be a long road back for him.0 -

@clepant - Bless you for all you do for your dad. That‘s a lot of work. It must be nice for him to sleep without fear for a change. I know it‘s nice for you just to sleep for a change.0

35 mile per hour winds and snow. I just beat the front taking Molly out for a bike ride.

I'm taking 3 miles from MOVING MY @SS today. I had 10,000 steps before I push mowed, pulled up garden, loaded it in truck, removed it from truck, rolled hose after hose, loaded patio furniture & then unloaded it into one of our buildings, covered flowers by the house, picked apples etc etc!! This was walking back & forth all around our farm. Some of it after dark.
COLD temps are coming tomorrow with suppose to be 4 inches of that four letter word I hate so much! WINTER??? Seriously it is soooo green here from this past months rain (8 inches) that we really haven't even had fall. Our guys just finished harvesting grain today & my husband can't recall ever cutting this late. We still have hemp to cut so we are hoping it will dry up after this bout of rain/snow. I hope we get our fall yet!!
Got to get to bed. I am trashed from not sleeping well these past two nights. Good night!!

Not much snow here but 17 degrees hurts the face when you’re not used to it. Indoor cycling for me today. 😉4
