    @mamainthekitchen Reminds me of the joke about doing the same load of laundry three days in a row because you keep forgetting to put it in the dryer! LOL Oh, wait, that was a true story about me...
    I hope your son feels better! There is some bad stuff going around.

    @Meghan509 It always feels so good to clean stuff out!! I can't believe it is the end of October! So much has happened this month!

    Just chugging along this week. Weighed on Sunday and I was a pound up. I had a TON of sodium, so I am pretty sure that it was water weight.

    Hi all!

    Thanks @KateNkognito we have been on a cleaning tear lately! Got all of our books organized and placed in the book shelves we have. Tossed and donated some of the old stuff. Going well!
    Don't sweat that water weight, it will come off!

    Plugging along here. Slowly but surely. Have been dealing with a sore back and legs so haven't been to the gym in a bit. But, been eating clean and drinking my water and sticking to my Keto WOE.

    This weekend we are going up to one of our casinos here in CT and we are seeing a classic rock concert on Saturday night. Looking forward to it!

    Rainy and dreary here this week, or up until the weekend. Feel bad for the kids who will be bummed to see rain on Halloween. :(

    Good morning all!

    Happy Halloween and last day of October! Jeez, that went quick.

    Hope all is well with you guys. Today we are getting a lot of rain and wind and crappy weather. There may be a small break around 4pm to 6pm so the kids can go out for Halloween around here, but we shall see. Friday through Tuesday is supposed to be sunny and mid to upper 50's. I'll take it! So done with this rain ugh.

    Have a good one. I may check back later. If not, I will see you tomorrow AM with results from my weekly weigh in. Fingers crossed!

    YIKES! The end of October! Kids were all adorable in their costumes! I had way too many treats! Fast day tomorrow for sure. We had snow last night, but it was almost 50 by this afternoon. Should be a nice night for the kids. Have a happy Halloween!
