Not too worried about my October/Nov vacation gain. It's coming off pretty quickly and feels like just water and bloating.
Looking forward to getting back into a healthy and diciplined routine.

Well, they say to add in as many supports as possible, so here goes! I was super faithful with keto from 1/1/18 until December 18... and then I just.... stopped. I'd still choose keto recipes to cook at home, but I'd snack and was definitely not in ketosis. So, I'm finally back!
SW 1/1/18: 215
Lowest weight: 185 - I dipped a few times down to 182, maybe?

I'm 5'11", so 175 feels nice to me. 165 feels even nicer, puts me at a size 12 or so. Any other tall gals out there? Dropping 30 pounds only led to a single dress size loss - the struggle is real! LOL
Anyway, today is day 2 of logging my food, and I'm using a habit tracker to help me stay accountable for logging food, exercising, taking vitamins and stuff.

RIGHT, definitely aggravating that you have to put in that disclaimer every time! I might severely tower over you at 5'11", but I feel ya. I definitely feel the need to state my height when I put my GW, which might seem pretty high to some at 175. If I see anyone giving you any lip for your GW, I'll tower over them and tell them to leave you alone, hee hee!6 -
Lost >20lbs last time. Maintained for two years and I had life happen. I'm back on track. Started back 11/1.
(Disclaimer = My weight is low, but my BMI is 28 for my height. I hate that I have to put that, but I do. To get my BMI to normal range, I need to be 85-97. Goal weight is 90lbs, but last time I got between 93-97 and I felt great, so overall my goal is feeling good)

Started Keto on labor day, so about 8 weeks. Now reading "Plant Paradox" and removing nightshades to get rid of lectins, as well as other harmful ingredients from my life, e.g., soaps, lotions, deodorants, etc.

HALLELUJAH!!!!!! This has taken me SO LONG, and there were days that I doubted it would ever happen. I am so elated! I will be happy if I don't lose another pound this month if I can just maintain. But of course another pound or two lost would be the icing on the cake. (Oh wait! No icing, no cake! LOL) I hope all of you guys have great losses this week too.

Down 7.2lbs in my first week!!!! I have been on every diet and this has NEVER happened. Very exciting.5 -
Feeling pretty good about losing the vacation weight (bloat). Now I'm back where I was before vacay. I'm pretty motivated now; I have an event on Saturday and a new outfit to wear.

I don't think I was expecting to lose three pounds! I did go away last weekend and definitely tied on the feedbag, so I think there was some debloating happening. The next few weeks (including Thanksgiving) will really be telling. I really wanted to be mindful of what I was putting in my mouth over the holidays - it's just not worth it to me to go absolutely bananas with what I eat. A treat here and there, heck yeah. Putting every tasty thing into my face, maybe not!0 -

OK, no change from last week. But I'm still tracking and logging my food, and I'm still feeling all right about it. As long as I'm losing a couple of pounds per month, I'm happy. I'm about 15 pounds away from a goal weight so I know it's going to be slow going! I've also been good about going to the gym and exercising at home when I can't get there. :-)1 -

I really need to get serious! Haven't had a decent loss (other than water weight gained on vacation earlier this month). I've been hovering and haven't gotten under 165 for several weeks! Two more weigh-ins.
