    I have been not too bad, I have not been visiting Madame Scales every day so less stressful I think and I have stuck to Monday which frankly is a rubbish day of the week to weigh in and more importantly I am here!

    so
    start at 209 (14.13)
    last week 208
    this week 206
    goal 2 stone from start so that is 182 lbs (to loose 28lbs)
    result a bit to go yet......

    Have a good and productive week all

    Still looking at that Gym with pool but have seen a few now so think I have made a choice......

    So I've been eating at over a 500cal deficit this week so I'm a little disappointed at this result. But I guess if I just continue on hopefully my body will catch up.

    Thanks....I paid my money for a January 19th run, so preparing for that is helping to keep me on plan.

    And I've gained again. I've been feeling really depressed lately and haven't addressed it, until yesterday. I had a big cry, long talk with my husband, and realized that I'm missing spending time with him. We're both really busy with work, school, and our two amazing kids. But, I needed to address that it was having a toll on me. Now that I know, we've decided to work on having a date night each week. Feeling better today. I'm also in a friendly competition with a MFP friend to see who can get down 10lbs by the end of the year first. I wanna win!!!
