    I missed last week's (I think). Trying to get back on track. Sorry . . . .
@cossmoss15 don't apologize to us! You need to make sure you are ok before even worrying about the team! I hope you are doing well, hun!

@cmhubbard92 glad to hear that your boyfriend’s doing better, hope he makes a complete recovery soon!
And the food you’ve mentioned sounds delicious 😋

@p_mad thank you! I am hoping he does too! It can take anywhere between 2 weeks and six months, so the sooner the better!

And the calzone was 100% homemade! I love the weekends only because I can actually try making meals that take longer!

    Week 3 Challenges!
I am copying our challenge from week one, because I feel like it is more practical and could be good for accountability just in general(I know it is for me).

    Week 3 Food Challenge:
Pre-log your food for 4 days(breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and drinks). Challenge yourself by sticking to your pre-logged plan for three of the four days!

Things like fruit/vegetables can be changed if you run out/they go bad, and other items as long as they are roughly the same nutritionally/calorie wise! Remember to log your snacks!

    Week 3 Exercise Challenge:
Challenge yourself by exercising 3 days this week, for a minimum of 30 minutes.

You can do 10 minutes walking, 10 minutes strength, 10 minutes yoga combined in one session, or 30 minutes of one full workout as well!
Things like walking, strength training, yoga, etc would count towards your exercise minutes. Cleaning, yardwork, etc would not count, but can be counted towards your regular mini-challenge in this group!

Remember! These challenges are completely optional! Participate in whichever challenges you choose!

Thank you @cmhubbard92 and @petrocoetsee I’m so looking forward to a good week on plan!

Hope everyone in the team has had a good weekend. Thought I’d jump on with some positivity from my end after the gain. I’ve had a few NSV this weekend that I wanted to share to show that even when there’s a bump up weight wise, the journey is so worth it!
1st - my engagement and wedding rings fit on my finger again! A big deal as I had to take them off when I was about 7 months pregnant and now our wee one is 15 months so it’s been a long time coming.
2nd - I bought a pair of jeans in the size down today. I can’t breathe in them but they button up which means I’m not far away!
And 3rd are the pictures posted. The first was in July when I properly got back on it, the 2nd is September when I was happy to be doing well and the 3rd is today. I hadn’t been feeling much difference in a while tbh and was a little disheartened but my pics tell me there has been change however small 😁

    Have a great week everyone!

That is such inspiring progress @Coral333 you are looking amazing! If I had rings to wear, I sure would be ecstatic about wearing them! I am coming up to a year on this journey in about a week and a half... NSVs have definitely kept me going through all of this even when the scale doesn't(I think my biggest is being able to mindlessly/effortlessly cross my legs!)

@GuessimGryffindor I think @p_mad is referring to the colors/style of the app, not in a bad way. That's the kind of funky I see in it! Great work so far with your challenge! Have a great Monday!
