Back to work today and the first really serious day. Yes 80 minutes cardio, yes 1200 calories and yes tracked. Lost .6kgs too. It's nice to look forward to the scales in the morning. Also back to 4 AFDs a week which is the hardest of all. I'm substituting it with walking the dog after dinner and having a cup of tea with 40g of Lindt chocolate...10

It was a long and stressful day (Monday) but I stayed on track. As I write this the next morning (Tuesday), I feel good about that. Planning on another good day even though I know I have yet another long day ahead of me. Happy to here as it helps to keep me accountable.

Ended up with a shot in right knee, cant do my walk for 48 hrs. Plus the Dr. hit a nerve so more painful .
Wasnt a good food day either. I was doing good, but ended up eating late and then I got into some Sandees.🤦♀️🙄
