Made a tactical error by getting a decaf latte this afternoon, and I've been hungry and right at the calorie limit the remainder of the evening.9 -

Goals/Day/Comments: 32 minutes HIIT strength. 9 holes golfing - pulling clubs. So nice to be in warmer weather. I’m getting too old for New England winters. My scale showed a big loss this morning. I checked it with my hand weights. It’s accurate. I did the same with the scale up north. It just dawned on me what the culprit could be. My CRP is higher up north. I’m assuming I have more inflammation up there and therefore retain fluids.8 -
