Special congratulations to those who made December circle. This is a real achievement. Especially when you do it more than one month in a row.

Exercised?:
Yes - an hour of light cleaning because that is unavoidable. 45 minutes at the gym - 30 mins cardio and then 15 mins of strength training. All about the arms because at the end of all of this I'd prefer not to resemble a bat. Again.
Calories?: Yes - ended up significantly under which was odd, I had fast food for lunch.
Tracked?: Also yes
0.2 kg (0.44lbs) away from goal 1!11 -

Absolutely - had a low cal detox day.

Totally forgot I had signed up for this, and probably wouldn't have given into some emotional, as well as celebratory, eating if I had remembered. So, I'll have to use my first pass.
However, I'm in this per keeps, it's only the first day of the year, and the first three out of the four meals I ate today were very healthy. My weak spot has always been between lunch and dinner, so I'm making some reminder cards to work on that.
I also exercised very well today. I recently started training for a 10k, my first in years, plus I walked my dog.15 -
A good summer day here in South Africa with 3 yeses for me.
Started at the gym doing some drills and rehab (no one to to with) and then a few hours at the beach. Current was strong so it took effort to stay away from the reef and of course we go to the local's beach which requires a trek over the dune to get there and back but there are less tourists so it is worth it. Saw a seal on the rocks but it was probably just resting. I couldn't see any injuries or entanglement and there was a water barrier between the humans and it which had terrible cross currents so no one would disturb it. The life guards were happy to hear I do rehab with seals and that they didn't have to stress about the animal, just had to ensure no stupid humans try to swim across the dangerous but to get close to the dangerous animal. If course it would be long gone before they got near enough to be in danger from it.
Afternoon nap and chilled evening at home ensured I made decent food choices and stayed within my budget. No spend January is also off to a good start.11 -
Hi everyone. Tough start for me. We were evacuated from bush fires on the south coast and are staying in a hotel in Canberra. Tough because the air quality outside 15 times the hazardous level and we are right in the foodie district. I made it through with an hour powerwalk through the shopping centre and having a light lunch. Looking forward to getting home today but not the 7 hour drive to get there. Feeling grateful that we got out though as there are thousands stranded and sleeping rough in surf clubs and on beaches. Here's hoping 2020 gets better from here!21

@suzyqmelbourne My fullest sympathy, must be pretty awful.
I'm back, on track, and hopefully can last longer this month than my customary week or so short of the month.
Exercise: Yes, 30 minute walk in the sunshine. Didn't do more as my knee has been dodgy after a week in damp and cold Britain. Feels better now.
Calories: Yes, stayed under budget
Tracking: Yes, logged everything.
Back to Stretching class tomorrow. Meals planned.7 -

Lots of eating today of leftovers but I planned that i would start tomorrow anyway.
An hour walk together to help me feel better and opted for the proteins over the carbs.
I know tomorrow will be an increase on the scale but doing the egg and oatmeal duet as a cleanse for the next week.

Happy New Year everyone!
My day isn't over but I will hit all 3 goals today.
Log everything? Yes, been successfully logging everything for a month or more.
Stay under calories? Yes, plenty of room left in the diary and planning roasted veggies and garbanzo beans for dinner.
Exercise? Yes - took down and put away all the Christmas decorations, swept and mopped and then moved all the furniture back where it belongs. Now cleaning and purging my office space. I logged 1 hour of light cleaning but it'll be much more than that. My biggest New Years resolution is to declutter and simplify my home, life and space.4 -
