I was a bit sluggish today but I did restorative Yin Yoga for 40 minutes & some cleaning. My goal for this month is to close all my rings for the entire month. I have planned exercise & calorie goals until our next trip. I have to recover the damage from our last trip.

Exercised for 20 mins? Yep! Walked each of my 3 dogs individually around the neighborhood (0.8 mile walk each, 2.4 mile walk total) And 15 mins of various ab and arm exercises including fire hydrants, planks, starfish crunches, and bicep curls with a 20 lb weight (I’m trying to increase that number but dang are my arms weak lmao)
Stayed under calorie goal? Oh yea! I only ate around 1200 of my allowed 1700! That’s probably due to me eating a bit too much on December 31st; but new year, new eating habits!

@suzyqmelbourne, wow that really looks awful. I'm so sorry you're going through this. I live in So Cal so I understand what you're going through but that looks absolutely awful. Hang in there and hope the fires will be under control soon.
Hubby took me out to lunch today since I've barely left the house for the last 10 days.....LOL It was nice and I picked out what to eat before we left based on calories and fat. Funny thing was, I didn't really like the pizza very much and the salad was just boring so I didn't eat much of either one. I did have about 6 or 7 of my husband's french fries though. Lunch came in under 400 calories and I had leftover soup for dinner so I ended up over 300 calories under today.

Exercised: Yes, walked Penny Lane for 32 minutes and then did hip therapy for 20. The only signs I'm really having of vertigo now are very early in the morning when I shift position in bed or get up to use the bathroom. It's not completely gone but much better so I should be able to up my exercise now

Starting January with a planned pass day as we traveled home from our getaway. So much good food!!!!
Really enjoyed being able to be a little relaxed about eating after over two years of being pretty rigid. Now I’m ready to get back to normal. Time to get the last bit done.
I love this time of year with so many people committing to their health. It gives me an extra push to work hard.
