    I'm still trying! I was so nervous to even return to this weekly weigh-in group because I didn't know how much *more* I had gained since the last time I came on. But so glad I did return and glad there was a loss - I was up to 158.8 last week. Thanks for keeping this group going everyone! I'm glad to be part of it!

    Per my Binge Eating Self-Help program I'm not currently calorie counting and I'm only weighing in bi-weekly, my Libra trend has me at +0.1lbs per week currently. So I am just going to keep an eye on my portion sizes as although my weight isn't top of my agenda at the moment, I cannot afford to creep up any further.

    The good news is I've not binged for a week! The bad news is I am off to Spain this weekend, so have to try and keep implementing the program whilst all the beautiful food and wine is everywhere for 3-4 days.
