So I am back from my brother-in-law's funeral....sorry my check ins have not happened the last few days. I didn't track yesterday, but 1/25 I did track, did an hour workout in the hotel gym and was over in calories. Sunday I know I was over, but did 45 min on the treadmill.

@42Amy I wish everyone understood that they are not alone and that there are tons of people that care about them! I watch my brother fight this fight every day. I listen and let him know that he is loved. He has been hospitalized once. It is the hardest thing in my life to watch. Stay strong!
