absolutely. Her last weigh in was the same as this one, though - even though she indicated a different previous weight. It is now in the regular team list.0 -
Happy Monday!
I will send out the spreadsheet invites for February shortly - sorry for the delay. The new challengers so far are in, and I'll add more as the registrations arrive.
February this year is 29 days - any cool ideas for Leap Month?
The profile idea will be done by tomorrow. Promise.
What about other challenges for February? I think we might need some action now that the excitement of January is fading.
And have you all seen how green you're doing for the month? It's dazzling!

Probably a silly question but do I fill in the starting weights for February on the new spreadsheet as everyone weighs in?0

I was thinking about this earlier. We did great with the Stay Green month. It's fun to have competition that we can push in our groups. What about focusing on the Habit Tracker in February? It would be great to see even more people using it and by doing weekly postings to the teams where we can announce which team is using it the most could be a great way to promote the Habit Tracker. My group loves it!

Just throwing this out there, it’s not a developed idea, but what about some challenge relating to heart health? It healthy heart awareness month or something like that. It could involve exercise or healthy eating.

I'm happy to do that - you have a lot on your plate already with no co-captain!1 -
@jugar Please change sarawilliams (last entrant on TrimStones weight chart) from NWI to LWI. She was out of town and forgot to report in until today. Thanks! JK0

OK Captains Moderators and anyone else who would like to weigh in on this idea!
Instead of the profiles for February, here is a list of 29 questions that could be a day-by-day discussion springboard. The order can be changed, any of the questions can be changed, or the whole idea can be replaced! But I think it could be fun to have people answer these questions and see what kind of discussions result.

Hi Gang!
If you transfer a weight from January to February spreadsheet, please put an * in the MOD only column after the week 4 weight so I know you have transferred it. You get to be honorary MOD for that moment...3 -
@jugar Love that idea!0

Good morning!
Just to let you know - I'll be opening up the February chat threads on Friday so that the new month intros can begin then!0 -
@jugar robynleegetsfit will be returning for the February challenge.1
-
@jugar I love the idea of the questions.0

@jugar Please remove saramakingchanges from TrimStones and place her in the cheering section. I'll follow up with her every few weeks to see when she'll be back. She's had a rough couple of weeks I think...sometimes people just need a break.0

Once you have a starting weight for her, go ahead and put it in. I left her as a Sunday weigh-in so just let me know if that should change. Thanks!

HI Captains!
I have been marking anyone's second NWI in red - I will remove them from the teams late tomorrow if there is no news - any pestering, nagging, or other prodding you'd like to do will be welcome! Thanks.

@jugar Lol! That is me!! We have been lucky with the weigh ins lately. It hasn't always been like that. Thanks for fixing...I try not to stray from the little box I am using but sometimes I hit things when I scroll...I think...I am not really sure what happens0
