Hi all! Wow what a long list of Winners! great job everyone. I'm glad to be back tracking with the UAC. As I said in the intro, on the last day of Sept I sustained multiple breaks so I'm not expecting to be in the circle yet but each day I will try. Wishing everyone a great month! I pre-log and post early

Hmm - I'm starting the new month eating leftover birthday cake and coffee for breakfast, a not-so-wise tradition in my family. However, this cake is a Spanish recipe made with almond flour, eggs, berries and sugar - all good things except that sugar! So, I'm going to make it work! Off for a hike! I will, hopefully, be on the list in February!!!9

Ketch_22 - the sox comment cracked me up. I spent 10 minutes, literally, putting on compression socks this morning...only to rip them off because I wasn't sure if they were cutting off my circulation!

I have mapped my food for the day. This is calorie down day for me - so cutting by 20%. I am going to have to stay focused. Already have my exercise in. Son was down with the flu...and I'm trying not to get it...pretty sure the tons of berries and such I've been eating have helped...but do have a tickle in my throat. Have a good day everyone.

I am returning after a very difficult 8 months. We had the anziety of selling our house then trying to find a home in a new location before having to move. A week after we moved into our new home I broke my wrist the first of December from a freak fall on black ice in a parking lot. two days later I had to say goodbye to my sweet little girl dog of 16 years. Emotionally these have been trying times. Needless to say all of my good habits have gone out the window. I am so hoping to reverse those habits starting this month. I am so glad to be here. I have always received so much support and I love reading your stories. Thanks @RangerRickL for still being here...it means so much.
@Ketch_22 I can't even began to imagine breaking that many bones. I'm so glad you are recovering and back. You are so right things can change in a minute. We can do this!!

Congrats to all who made the winner’s circle! I took last month off from the UAC and used the time to reassess goals and process. Looking forward to getting back to staying accountable and reading everyone’s successes. I’ll be keeping my reporting brief so I have time to read through everyone’s posts, but it doesn’t mean that I’m not invested!

Congrats again to all the winners! I haven't been here very long but I can already tell what a great accomplishment it is. I went shopping very carefully for snacks today ahead of tomorrow's game. No lunch tomorrow, just light snacks and dinner so hopefully I'll come in under on the 2nd day of the month......if not, I'll have to make up for it later when we're gone for the Valentine's weekend!

On budget? yes, today was an outing at the "Salt house." Thai restaurant. I tracked the "low salt" stir-fried shrimp with veggies and white rice (no brown rice). I Skipped the interesting Bubble Tea liquid calorie dessert with dark balls at the bottom.

We have a fresh set of passes! Let's go!

Within my calorie budget? Yep. A little iffy on my lunch out calories, but I feel good about the numbers I determined. Restaurants! Sometimes they seem like they aren't worth the trouble.

Was at my grandmother's house in Florida. Did a leisurely half hour walk but was way over on calories b/c grandma's house
So pass day 1, but I'm determined to keep tomorrow light and on track despite airport travel.7
