Jim and I returned early from our SE Asia vacation as our cruise on the Sapphire Princess was canceled due to the coronavirus. We can be thankful the cruise line canceled the voyage given the circumstance. What was intended as a three week adventure ended up being a quick trip to Singapore and back with 40 hours of flight time in one week….so I’ve just been pretending to be on vacation anyway! We did spend three full days in Singapore. Sharing some pics here which highlight some of the attractions we were able to see. From left to right and top to bottom:

Thanks for sharing those pics. Looks like you saw some amazing sites in what little time you did have there. Hopefully you’ll get to go back for the full vacation once the whole virus thing dissipates.

I was tired today, after rather a stressful week, so I took it easy: sorted out some plants, booked tickets etc. for my next trip to UK to see the kids, planned some nice activities, made personal phone calls, wrote personal e-mails and cooked batches of food for the freezer for next week.
If it hadn't been for UAC and you guys, I wouldn't have moved out of the house, but I did go out and walked for 25 minutes.
I stayed under calories, even with a small whisky which I am sipping now, reading a book.
I tracked everything.
So, a triple Yes day!14 -

I did! even had the scales out for my cereal!
I really thought I wouldnt be able to complete cardio core as I was tired and unmotivated but I told myself, it's now or never. 25 minutes of my life to smash my goals. I'm so happy that I managed it and I really put the effort in, heart rate was in the 180s!11 -

Pretty much healed up from my surgery and happy to be back with UAC'ers!! Porked on about an extra 10 pounds due to being inactive, so time to get back at it!! lol.....
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 72 minute trail run/walk in the morning, then 30 minutes on the spin bike, and a 65 minute trail walk in the afternoon.

It's a beautiful day here in Southwest Michigan and on my walk I saw well over 100 robins grouped together in the hay field. What a cheerful sight, and brought a big smile to my heart.

Under caloric intake even though I made a gourmet dinner. Adjusted the recipe for a lower calorie level. Here's a picture...Silcilian shrimp, roasted heirloom potatoes, and sauteed zucchini.

Today is my dog's birthday (she's 9) as well as my grandson's birthday (he's 14) so we celebrated with a long walk with poochie and phone calls, texts and FaceTime with my grandson! I can't believer he'll be in high school next year!

I started March 1 back into NORMAL BMI. Yay me!
I started Maintenance in April 2019 (after taking a slow&steady 2 year journey to get there) Over the winter - not walking outside as much - I had drifted slightly out of the top of my "maintenance zone" .... which is also slightly into the wrong side of the normal vs overweight BMI rating.
Another 4 or 5 pounds back down will put me at the bottom end of my maintenance zone.
I am returning to the "know it works" self-awareness patterns that UAC rules require. And playing the mental "Go For The Green Game" to keep my macros in line. Today was solid, and tomorrow's pre-exercise plan (which will be pretty close to standard for most work days) is looking good too.
