Today is my dog's birthday (she's 9) as well as my grandson's birthday (he's 14) so we celebrated with a long walk with poochie and phone calls, texts and FaceTime with my grandson! I can't believer he'll be in high school next year!

I walked for a few hours. Had a great day at the festival and enjoyed some vegan cuisine with some yummy peanutbutter cookies! Rare treat for the cookies lol.

I started March 1 back into NORMAL BMI. Yay me!
I started Maintenance in April 2019 (after taking a slow&steady 2 year journey to get there) Over the winter - not walking outside as much - I had drifted slightly out of the top of my "maintenance zone" .... which is also slightly into the wrong side of the normal vs overweight BMI rating.
Another 4 or 5 pounds back down will put me at the bottom end of my maintenance zone.
I am returning to the "know it works" self-awareness patterns that UAC rules require. And playing the mental "Go For The Green Game" to keep my macros in line. Today was solid, and tomorrow's pre-exercise plan (which will be pretty close to standard for most work days) is looking good too.
