I am seeing a few TBBT teammates listing Dance as their exercise. Although I am not brave enough yet to dance in public, dancing in the privacy of my living room in front youtube tutorials has been a blast. It has kept me motivated to exercise every morning, even on those days I woke up and felt like being lazy.

@Krysless2 That is also my fasting times. I have been doing good so far. But tomorrow will be tough because I usually don't have time to cook until late on Wednesday. I may have to prep something to warm up or have a tuna wrap to grab around 7.

I had to push my times today, life will happen. I think we're good as long as we have a "plan b" plan. 😉

@brandi_84 I'm with you about dancing! I play Just Dance for my workout a lot of times. Especially when I don't really "feel" like working out I'll do that because it's fun!!

The past couple days my wrists have really been bothering me. I'm not sure if I sprained them somehow but I can't do planks, pushups, or even down dog because I feel like they're going to give out. I've looked up some wrist strengthening exercises that hopefully will help!

I recently started line dancing. We are mostly a group of females (1 lone male in the group). We help each other, laugh with each other, laugh at ourselves and it is just great fun. No pressure in feeling we are doing it in public. Body shapes vary from the very skinny to the very big. It is actually less exposed than in a gym.

Today was a hectic day at work, accounting for a huge chunk of my steps. I was going to head out for another walk/run today, but decided to stay indoors due to a rainy forecast. Instead, I ended up doing ~7 miles on my indoor bike. I'm so happy that I took all those days to rest while I was sick, because I feel reenergized! I did treat myself to an extra 2 dove dark chocolates, but I have more than enough calories left in my day to account for it. Today was a successful day!

@cmhubbard92 Great job, Christine. I am glad you are feeling better and renenergized! Your weight loss has been amazing.

    @brandi_84
Thank you so much, Brandi! Thank you for all your help last week, too!

@brandi_84 I have to agree, everyone's exercise has motivated me to exercise as well! Great job getting your exercise in!!! 💃

@Krysless2 I think whatever schedule works for you is best. If you need to adjust it because of life, that is completely acceptable! Great job for the day!!!

@thedestar that doesn't sound good! I hope you can find some good stretches that can bring you some relief! I wish I could find an older yoga video that had a good wrist stretching session in it... I can't remember where I saw it...

Do you ever try doing planks on your forearms vs wrists? I prefer using my forearms for planks.

@petrocoetsee fabulous day! Loving your daily check ins! :)

I always see you mentioning parkrun. I ended up looking into parkrun(I've been hearing of it more and more), and I am totally bummed! My state doesn't appear to have any parkrun groups! I even looked to see if there were any local running groups, and the closest is at least 30 minutes away 😞

Edit: did I miss your Weigh-In this week? Or have you not posted it yet? I looked back and didn't see it...

    Wednesday Weigh in for @sarahannsuarez

    Starting weight in January: 205lbs
    Starting March Weight: 194.2
    Week 1 weight: 193.1

Well back on track. I'm shooting to get under 190 by the end of the month... it's a place I haven't been for a few years. I think the exercise from training for the 1/2 is helping. Now I have to buckle down a little with what I'm eating. The 1/2 is is May 9th. Thanks for the support guys!

Hey all... My name is Sarah. Great to be back to the TBBT! This is my 3rd month and I'm loving the accountability from just needing to weigh in and report. This is a really supportive group and I enjoy reading all the motivating posts. I started in January and am down 11 lbs... I've kind of hit a plateau over the last few weeks... but a friend just convinced me to run a half marathon so I'm hoping that helps. I HATE running, but am starting to train and adding yoga 2x/week to keep me from getting too tense. We'll see how it goes!

I'm a busy working mom of 3. Live in Wisconsin... up in the cold. I spend all my free time driving my kids to practice or watching their games. Up this month Drama, gymnastics and track.

Hi Sarah! I just did a 15k a couple of weekend ago and am training for my second 1/2 marathon in April. When are you doing your 1/2?

My 1/2 is is May 9th. I hope yours goes well...

Goal weight for March is 223

I'm Jamie, 30F. Married 5 yr this month. My daughter is 9. I've used MFP off and on for the past 6 years. It works when I stick to it but I can get obsessive over logging food so for this month my goal is to log weights, water and workouts to ease back in.

My goals for the month are to walk/jog on the treadmill or outside at least 60 min/4 days a week and no snacking after dinner which has been an issue for both my husband and I.
