Looks good Chris. I definitely need to work on the abs. Sunday I went to the gym with my neighbor after moping must of the day. She called me and came over and literally pushed me off the coach.
I got in 40 minutes of strength training and 30 minutes on the treadmill. It’s great to have a friend who reminds you to continue to reach for your goals.

Monday was another strength training day 30 minutes and 30 minutes on Treadmill. Today should be tennis drills but the weather does not look like it’s going to cooperate. We will probably be rained out. If so back to the gym.

No workout yesterday. Hot water heater issues. Good thing I can't remember the combination to the weapons safe in the bedroom closet. EGADS!! MEN!! ...sigh...I'm okay now. All cleaned up. I'll see our trainer tomorrow.

I did 30 minutes of HIIT yesterday. That was brutal I tell you. Rocky was watching me and said I was going to hurt myself. Silly boy I was already hurting. This morning I did 60 minutes of weights. Included squats and lunges also.
Nice going Kathy. Love the commitment. Hope you were able to do tennis.
Men Chris. Be mad at the hot water heater first. Then if you need help with the combination I am sure you can figure it out.I could come and help.

No tennis yesterday. Bummer. Today was recumbent bike. 60 minutes - 12.82 miles.

I did the Fab Abs today with some kickboxing. Only 30 minutes of the kickboxing. But that was enough. Nice workout yesterday Chris. And Kathy, recumbent bike is better than having done nothing. Sorry you were rained out.

I forgot to post my last workout on Thursday. 30 minute strengthen training lower body only. 20 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes Treadmill. It was my first time using the elliptical since joining PF. Will have to make it a part of my routine.

Leaving for surgery in about an hour and a half. I'll be back as soon as possible. I'll try to do this on my phone...such an un-nerd. I think I made that up!

Wednesday - swim lesson 1 hour. Nice to be back in the pool. I was afraid I had forgotten what I had learned as I hadn’t been in the pool in over a month. Bot no - muscle memory!

Thanks, my friends. It's going to be a good day as soon as I get past the hurt in my thigh. It's where the Doc cut into my muscle. Hurts like crazy!!
