    I feel the same way @achagpar. Although I still get to leave my house for work everything else seems to be going to crap. I kind of eat what I want, exercise is non existent and I just don't feel like doing much of anything because I can't. My city starts a mandatory 30 day shelter in place tomorrow so I know there are at least 30 more days of this. I just ordered some resistance bands from Amazon so hopefully I can get my lazy butt up doing something once I get home.

    Challenge yourself to find ways around your house to get your steps in...one thing I do is to move items one at a time...putting away clothes, take one item at a time from dryer to closet...move water bottles to another location, one at a time, Dirty dishes, take one at a time to the kitchen...you'll be surprised what you can come up with. Finally set up a little trail through your house to get your steps in...walk in place...do Leslie Sansone walking videos (YouTube)...there are others...dance! There are many options...not as exciting as heading out, but workable.

    I got the OK to work from home, so Im getting as much as I can done today in my ffice so tomorrow I get to stay home, except I have to come in to ride busses to deliver school work and food to our students

    Still managing to get outside fortunately. UK is now enforcing more restrictions on movement but I am incredibly grateful we are still allowed outside to exercise once a day.

    Hi Jessica
    I sent you a message about 10 days ago saying my foot was infected. Dr said to stay off it and to discontinue me for this month. But I would pick up 5,000 steps as of 4/1
