Chris younger people are also getting it. No one is really bullet proof from this. Everyone needs to take precautions. I am amazed at how many people chew their nails for example. Video visiting is fun. Remember to not touch the groceries for 24 hours unless absolutely essential. Then wash!

District court judges are doing most hearings either on video or phone. Trials are delayed indefinitely. We are severely limiting access to the building. I loaned my daughter one of my glocks. I hope I am overreacting........... My neighbor wanted to bring her son over to show us his scary mask! We declined. She was not concerned with getting it. Said only older folks got it! REally? Ok to possibly infect us though. Who does she think I work with all day? I am on the frontline of folks who could be exposed first.

What are the homeless doing? And the hoarders? Special place in hell for them. There are A lot of folks that could benefit by eating less. We are ok for food for now. Our freezer is full at this time from the buffalo we got awhile back. I look forward to staying away from people on the weekends. Walking the dogs tomorrow.

Karen I am looking forward to seeing Bellas hair color. I bet you two had fun.

Chris I have enough fish food to share it needed. I usually buy 6 month supply at a time. That overnight shipping is a killer. And it comes in a large Styrofoam box. Meals on Wheels was asking for just that type of containers since they are leaving meals on porches now.

Yesterday. Not sure what it was about Monday. It rained pretty hard all day and I got no fresh air. Maybe that was a piece of it.

Glad we've moved on to Tuesday :-) supposed to be sunny today and will allow for some outdoor time. Our Governor just put a stay-at-home order for the state of Pennsylvania. So you're not allowed to go outside unless you're going to the doctor, the grocery store, or exercise with social distancing people. I think it's the right thing. boy is getting hard.

    Happy Tuesday!

Yes, very hard. I miss our family like crazy.

Pat went grocery shopping during senior hour. He said everyone was very calm and polite. He was able to get most of what we needed. No toilet paper tho.

Chris are you out of TP? If need I could mail you some.

I agree we all need to stay away from others. I am still working. We are really limiting who can come into the courthouse. We are not popular with everyone. But most folks are understandably staying away.

I was bored last week. So I ordered a Scotts fairy wrasse. A very small young female. Doing good in quarantine. A starfish and some snails. All well. And a beautiful coral. It is a stylophora. A nice pink one. I ordered some lights for it today. I don't have the best of luck with them. I have been researching it alot. Since there is nothing else to do I thought I would give it another try.

Shelley - send us some pics of your fish...they sound beautiful!

I had a pretty lousy day at work. I've been asked to plan on reducing the workforce because of coronavirus. Never easy and has me super agitated. I always try to do what I can to treat people well. Praying that it's not needed, but my company is not doing great like many others.

I guess one of the Silver Linings of not having to commute back and forth is making dinner is a whole lot easier than it was. I just don't feel as rushed with putting something on the table. I can actually think about it more clearly. Last night I made chicken quesadillas with those carb balance wraps. Do you gals like those? They're really good and very high in fiber so net carbs are pretty low. We all really like them. So quesadillas and some potato soup hit the bill for such a rainy day.

I know I haven't been able to exercise too much, I have been eating fairly well. All of last week and this week so far I've managed to do 20 hour fast every day except for Sunday. Haven't been too much of a struggle which is good. I think I mentioned I stopped weighing myself on January 4th and I'm really really glad I did. I just feel such freedom and less judgment from the scale. So instead of using a scale I'm using jeans as my barometer on how I'm doing. Like everybody I have them in 10 size :-) so every week I try on these size 10 jeans that I was able to get into a few years ago. And every week they fit a little bit better. And I'm pretty close to feeling comfortable wearing them in public :-)

    Happy Thursday!

Excellent, Karen!!! Great goings! I don't have any size 10's. I am a Levi's girl. I have two stacks...the smallest is 29 waste 32 (or 34...I have to go look) length. I won't tell you the largest... :o My plan after my hip settles down and I can walk like a girl again, is to get back into those jeans...probably not back to the 29/32's but back into some of them.
I'm sorry you have to make up the reducing workforce list. A hard task for sure. I am sending you good thoughts.

Shelley, there is a toilet paper story...when we moved here, Pat got the toilet room off our bedroom and I got the hall bathroom. I am in the bathroom 3 or 4 times more than he is. I had to find tp that was soft and kind...he wanted tough and strong manly tp. Needless to say the bottom cupboard in the hall was filled a variety of rolls. When the kids needed some, we shared. I have another tp story, if you want to hear it...it's kinda sad in a way. It's probably the reason I try really, really hard not to run out of supplies.

And we do need pictures of all your new Scotts fairy wrasse/stars/snails/coral...all of it...please.

No plans for today. Hoping to walk to the end of the block a few times after it warms up.

Karen I love the photo. At first glance I did not realize it was a mirror. I thought she lives in a Genie house. Magical door ways and all. But I love the mirror. And I will try to get photos. The new little gal is doing well.

Does that mean you have to fire people? I would hate doing that also.

Shelley -no firing people yet, but it may come to that depending on the economy. Praying it gets better!

Weight is going up...fanny still planted in chair. :'( Got one walk down to the corner and around towards the park before the rain came in.

Karen I'm giving your berry cobbler recipe to Sara...hoping we get 8 of those servings. We'll see.

We are doing a Raley's eCart pickup on Tuesday. We did one this past Wed and it turned out okay. Still no tp.

They are all beautiful, Shelley! Good job!

Pat cleaned the house this weekend since we put our housekeeper on hold until they lift the shelter in place. He is doing a great job!! Maybe next time I can help some.

It's another reading day for me.

Chris reading is such a wonderful hobby. I like the Kindles since they can read to me while I work on either gardening or housework. Or I can sit and actually read it to myself. Smart putting the housekeeper on hold for now.

Karen I also had fish when I was a child. They were always so excited to see me. Or maybe it was the flakes I sprinkled on the water for them. I will have to get a better picture of the wrasse. I put lots of baby brine shrimp in the tank for her. She goes around eating them all day. Their metabolism is rather fast so she needs it.

I cleaned a lot this weekend. Window sashes turned into an hour long chore. But they are clean. Then I made cinnamon rolls. Shared them with a friend. They drove up and I handed them over. Just like at a drive through.

Spent some time working on the tanks. Quarantine tank is almost ready. Going to put the new coral in its own tank with new lightening.
