One of the goals of a UAC team member, and me too, is at the end of a month, to be able to qualify for the Winner's Circle. Qualification is achieved by fulfilling the 3 healthy habits in the above cell almost every day of the month. When we do not fulfill all 3 of those habits, then we have earned a Pass Day. A Pass Day is not meant to be a cheat day, it's just a tool in your toolbox. It's a relief valve and/or it's an intentional celebration event day. Or its an unintentional fudge factor day.
Please note that once per week cheat days destroy the healthy habits. Intentional weekly blowouts will undermine the best of behaviors you may exhibit the other 6 days.
Its important to understand that many of us do not make the Winner's Circle every month. It's a great goal and a real incentive to succeed.
Best wishes for your success!!

Gardening pics of SFL (26 degrees N) vs South-Eastern Ontario (45 degrees N) in "What's On Your Mind Today". WHAT a difference ~ 20 degrees of latitude makes!
How does YOUR garden grow?
For those not in North America and might not know ... the majority of the US-Canada border starting from the West Coast is the arc of 39 degrees N (until it starts to down the center-line of the Great Lakes, and east overland in the vicinity of New England / the Maritime Provinces from there).
The Arctic Circle is 60 degrees N
Zero degrees is the Equator.7 -

OOOPPPPSSSS! the majority of the US-Canada border starting from the West Coast is the arc of 49 degrees N I was thinking "39" because it is south of me (at 45 degrees N) ... but that's only because the St Lawrence River sits measurably farther south at that point than where the 49th parallel hooks up with Lake Superior at the western edge of the Great Lakes.
Guess no Geography teachers were on between when I first posted and now.5 -

Highlight of my day: drove to Panera, which is closed except for the takeout window. I was greeted by a colorful flock of LARGE chickens -- they hang out under the takeout window, begging (hey, foodies, just like us!). They ignored me when I honked the horn, so I had to get out and clap my hands, and then they slowly walked away. They belong to a nearby house and visit Panera every day.11 -

Exercised: Yes (3km in 24 mins - hills)
Tracked: Yes
Budget: Yes
Short walk before dinner. Dodged the rain (again). Rained most of the day.
Posting this on the morning of the 6th as was too tired last night to post. Only got 4 hours sleep the night before (damn insomnia). Then had an online drone race practice late last night (can't get out to fly).
Lots of rain about now as daylight savings just finished here and Australia is heading towards winter (and semi-enforced hibernation this year).
Lots of psychological work with my daughter too last night. Managed to calm her from complete meltdown to rational. Similar to when I deeply researched weight management, I've been doing the same with mental health. Now starting to applying my knowledge to help my daughter (very carefully and while also conferring with other professionals). I'm also trying to help myself, but that seems WAY more tricky.13 -

Yes x3. Wasn’t feeling great today and almost took a pass to avoid a workout. But I found some motivation and got in an upper body workout with cardio intervals.11
