Exercised: Yes (7.5 km walk in 64 mins - hills)
Tracked: Yes
Budget: Yes
OK walk again today. OK day.
Managed a short walk with my wife too. She has asked for me to help her get out daily for a walk over the the next 6 months while all the COVID measures are in place.
My wife is also going for cataract surgery tomorrow morning. Had to cancel my psychologist appointment (and upset about that), but my wife is more important.
Daughter comes home Friday.
Congratulations to all that participated in UAC last month and were posting all the way to the end of the month. This is what UAC is really about.
Well done too to those who made circle. That is a great achievement. Hopefully I will be there this month.
Goals for this month:- Keep honest in my reporting (even if it drops me out of circle).
- Help others where possible.
- Continue to work on my mental health.

Congratulations to all the March winners!! Especially considering the incredible challenges we all faced in this extremely long and hard month. Kudos!!10

Day one down. Exercised just over an hour.
Logged everything.
Under goal.
Left work due to a few symptoms and now I have a low grade fever. I feel pretty rough. The only thing I’m going to be consuming is hot tea and water for the remainder of the day. Hoping it’s just exhaustion from the last several days of constant on the run at work.13 -

3 x’s yes! Everything measured and logged, good on calories. Had an early morning hour cardio and strength workout. Twice a week 8 of us meet outside with our own weights and mat. We practice social distancing. I spent three hours in the garden raking, edging and mulching. I have plenty of yard work to keep me busy and active during this pause. Professionally I will start gardening next week on some of my larger properties where there is no human interaction. Happy to be back with all of you!10

Reset day #1 - Success!
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? A 30-minute walk with Doug and Ollie
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
On a sad note, Doug was furloughed from his job today. He works for a national bookstore chain in their IT department and sales are down, of course. Hopefully, this will be temporary, but we just don't know. We are pretty numb but everyone is affected one way or another through this crisis (or will be) and we're trying to stay positive.11 -
Pass day #1 for me. It is my daughter’s 19th birthday so supper was a planned take out from an Italian restaurant. No other events besides a Easter do the winners circle will be possible9
