My husband is a very good at saying he supports me, saying he’ll come walking everyday (for example) then he quits on me. It’s been this way our whole relationship. And before it was ok, I didn’t need him, but now I do. So I finally told him. Right now it’s not good enough to just say you will do something you actually have to do it. He said but I’ve always done this. I said I know, but I’ve never needed you before to mean it, but now I do. So yesterday I put on my shoes ready to go walking he said wait for me. Let me go put my sneakers on. We shall see how long it lasts. At least he’s trying.
And my brother ended up in the hospital. In the best circumstances you worry. But with covid it’s frightening. He’s severely compromised with his immune system. But he’s supposed to go home today. 🤞🏻
