    Thanks yeah i wasnt prepared for the change mentally and physically and my diet is all messed up. i will adapt i need to tweek some things thank you for the kind words

    Yes, I know exactly what you mean. I was not ready either. My eating is way out of whack. I tend to do more stress eating. I’m still walking quite a bit. But not as much as it is. I’ll be glad when this is over. Best of luck to you! 😊

    Count me in this group..... Worry........Lots of sitting as working from home and it feels like 24/7 as boundaries have changed. My eating schedule is way off as for some reason everyone seems to schedule meetings at lunchtime. The closing of beaches and parks upset my exercise regime. YIKES

    Yes! I will glad when this is over. My eating is so out of hand. Looks like all the summer activities will be cancelled. What a bummer! It just makes me think the things we took for granted. I also read this morning that some stores such as Walmart and target are going to stop selling unessintial things like clothes and electronics to cut down on foot traffic.

    They closed the entrances and parking lots at every park and greenway in Mecklenburg County, so I had to park at a nearby strip mall to walk to the greenway. I’m thankful the trail isn’t far from my house.
