you know, for having my hours cut, I sure seem so much busier than usual. my other job has been short, so I have been covering there. then trying to homeschool my kids, ugh life sure is crazy right now. So bad that I forgot it was wednesday so I didnt weigh in, oops, Ill do it tomorrow. Ive been working out alot and my muscles are super sore, so I expect a decent weight gain as my muscles are readjusting to working out again.2

A special shout-out to my 82 year old mom who flew down for a visit just before it got corona crazy and is now stuck with us for who knows how long and who walked all those 104,000 steps with me last week! We've been walking 5 miles a day except for the couple of days a week when we go 8 and shout up the driveways of a couple of my friends! Don't worry. We maintain at least 15 feet of separation!

Got a great workout in today. Ran 4 miles, then did 45 minutes of legs and back, ten my son wanted to do 10 minute trainer on on demend, so I jumped in on that too. Burned 813 calories total.3 -
