    I revamped my diet. What I used to do didnt seem to be working anymore, and I couldnt seem to just do it, so I changed my IF eating window from 12p-8p to 10a-6p, because I suddenly seem to be hungry by like 10:30. so around 10 or 1030, I dring a protein shake and maybe a piece of fruit, about 200 calories total. between 10 and 1, I eat lunch, up to 500 calories. I have a snack about 3, up to 200 calories, then dinner at 530, up to 500 calories, or a little more if my lunch was under.Today is day 3, so far its going well. Stopped at the gas station, I really wanted candy, sugar babies to be specific, Instead I looked at gum, they didnt have any I wanted, so I got nothing, hahaha
