For 3/30, I did 32 min of a Melt class on Zoom1

Today (3/31) did 35 minute run1

I ran around my property 20 times while the kids played in the yard haha! Then did a metcon
5 rounds 15 lunges, 15 push ups, sprint
The kids also did 20 minute of kids fitness workout.
Family Total: 1 hour 30 mins0 -
3/30 I did 40m on the bike
3/31 I did 30m Firness Blender weights/cardio routine, later 30m fast walking while my kids biked1 -
I ran a couple miles outside (so nice out), did some crunches and pushups...25 mins. The girls rode bikes for 20 mins. So today's total is 45 mins!1

For 3/30 did 6 mile run an abs for 60 minutes
And Mark ran for 30 min
For 3/31 did 30 min workout and 60 min walk and Cora and Mark each did 30 minutes1 -
30 min strength + 30 min jog + 135 minutes of dance classes for the kids + 20 min bike ride (x2 kids) = 235 minutes 3/31/20201

3/31. I did a 30 min run today.1

I did a 45 minute run today and a 20 minute yoga cool down. My husband did a 30 minute HIIT/TRX with 30 minutes of running.
Total 3/31: 2 hours, 5 minutes1 -
I had a stressful day at work & drank a beer before I remembered that I meant to workout. I took my beer outside & raked leaves for 30 min. Husband and kids (2) played 45 min of soccer today.
Total = 2hrs 45 min or 2hrs 15 min depending if raking counts. I won’t be offended if it doesn’t!1 -

Forgot to log yesterday (3/31) 30 min family hike (me, Sean, Brooklyn & Xander). Sean 30 min run. I snuck in 20 min of yoga.

Cardio dance party in abandoned parking lot -20 mins
HIIT- 100 meter sprint, 10 Thrusters holding a 25 lb toddler, 10 push ups. AMRAP 30. I lost count of how many rounds- lots of interruptions haha!
