    4/1: me and kids did a cardio class together = 90 mins
    4/2: 30 min class for me while kids did yoga = 90 mins

    4/1: hike w boys 40 min (x3)
    4/2: spelling exercises (burpees, planks, wall sits) boys & me - 30 min (x3)

    4/1: 2 hrs

    4/1: I did a 20 min walk, Taylor jogged for 20 min and walked for 30, Aaron walked for 10, Solomon did 30 min of yoga = 20 + 20 + 30 + 10 + 30 = 1 hr 50 min

    4/2: I walked for 40 min, Taylor jogged for 20 min and walked for 15 = 1 hr 15 min

    Yesterday we did 1 hour walk with all four of us!

    Congrats guys! We’ve reach 100 Minutes of activity since the start of this challenge!

    Haha I think I pulled a Donny and overeshot our goal on how long it would take to complete the challenge. Wishful thinking I guess. Ha!

    I’m going to open up the charity for another week and change to the goal to 500 hours!

    Feel free to donate again to register for this week to raise more funds for our first responders (but again, donations are voluntary)

    Me-30 min sprints and strength

    B&X cosmic kids yoga 15 min

    I just noticed my previous post should have said 4/2 & 4/3.

    Anyway, for 4/4: Taylor jogged 30 min, Taylor, Solomon & Aaron wrestled for 15 min, and we all chased frisbees for 20 min = 30 + (3x15) + (4x20) = 2 hr 35 min

    4/3: 30 min workout for me and kids + I walked a mile in my house listening to a podcast = 120 mins
    4/4: 30 min workout for me + three of us did 45 min walk, = 2hr45m
    4/6: 30 min cardio + 30 min strength + 30 min walk = 90 min
    4/7: 30 min cardio
    4:8: 30 min class + 30 min kids + me boxing class + 30 min walk + 60 min yoga = 3 hrs!
