    Hey, I've been on MFP a while without really tapping into the community aspect. I'd love some friends on the app for inspiration. I'm 33, my stats are 5"10, 137lbs, with a goal of 133lbs. Those last few are such a pain!

    My food diary is open, if anyone is from the UK that would be extra amazing as then I can get inspo from your shopping lists. I'm so jealous of all the low-cal food options in the US! Add me x
