Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?

I've posted a June invite for the Ultimate Accountability Challenge on the MFP Challenge Board.
Please help me to promote our team!
I need your help. Please go to this link and tell potential team members what the UAC means to you.
The link is herehttps://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10797613/june-2020-ultimate-accountability-challenge-for-weight-loss-and-maintenance-too#latest
Thanks so much,

Winter reared its ugly head today. I don't mind occasional cold and wet data if I can stay at home in bed with my fur kids but today I was working and feeding animals outside in torrential downpours is no fun, neither is prepping semi frozen fish on freezing cold days. However, I'm grateful to have a job I mostly love and a stable income in these times.
I missed my planned morning exercise as it was too cold and my bed was too comfortable but I did a full physical day at work as well as evening Jiu Jitsu and yoga.
Good food choices and even the hot chocolate to end off the day fitted in my budget.6 -

We had snow early in May for several days (yes I DID use the words "snow" and "May" in the same North-American-based sentence) .... today, on the other hand, was a humidex of at least 36 C (96.8 F) which is the OTHER reason I tend to do in-house based cardio - to stay close to EITHER the furnace OR the AC in the after-work hours ... even back in the pre-covid era!6

I’m going backwards, with weight gain. 3 lbs backwards since Saturday. So I got out a tape measure yesterday and decided to update my numbers. I’m down a half inch on almost every single measurement. I’m only doing this type of measuring once a month but I think that’s pretty amazing. I’m going to try to concentrate on that today.8 -
Did all three laps in the pool, guitar playing logging and staying under even lost almost 1 lbs!3

Had a wine, bread, cheese, and calabrese salami night while researching about chili pastes (looking to get gochujang and sambal oelek, both of which I've enjoyed in the past) and mustard.
@lexabeep congrats on losing inches! That's what matters the most-- weight could be water weight or food or increases muscle. If your inches are decreasing then you know you're headed in the right direction!5 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 30 minutes on exergame, but for the first time in a very LONG time it felt more like a "chore" than a "welcome escape" (I may be missing the evening walks while DH's ankle heals more than anticipated)
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No (?) Subtracting what I had planned that I DIDN'T eat, and mentally adding the aprox "cost" of what I nibbled at ... most likely strayed into the Red.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No - lack of appetite earlier in the day, and then nibbles in the evening
